Dr. Rachel Frontain, DC, DACNB

Dr. Rachel is especially passionate about treating challenging chronic conditions like dizziness, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, post-concussion syndrome and dysautonomia by assessing and treating disruptions in the visual, vestibular and proprioceptive systems.

She is board certified with the American Chiropractic Neurology Board, and her postgraduate studies in clinical neuroscience included over 400 hours at the Carrick Institute, where she developed the neurological focus that shapes Anew Chiropractic's approach today.

Saskatchewan born Dr. Rachel Frontain has loved and studied the arts since childhood. However, as a young ballet dancer and especially after an extreme snowboarding injury in her 20s, she has also been acquainted with chiropractic care for most of her life.

Through her recovery, Dr. Rachel witnessed the extraordinary results of multi-team coordinated, patient-centered, chiropractic care. Her life’s passion was sealed! She went on to achieve her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Sciences in Human Anatomy and Biology through the University of Western States in 2017.

Dr. Rachel is thrilled to bring her education, experience and singular approach to Calgary, Alberta.

Dr. Bria Kloppenborg, DC

Dr. Bria Kloppenborg, DC & Medical Acupuncture

Dr. Bria earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, graduating summa cum laude, after completing her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary.

She has advanced training in Neurofunctional Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University and routinely integrates this approach into care, where appropriate, to support nervous system regulation and address musculoskeletal pain.

Dr. Bria’s path to neurological-focused chiropractic care began after several years in a general musculoskeletal setting. While she enjoyed helping patients with pain and movement concerns, she increasingly encountered people with more complex symptoms including dizziness, vertigo, and persistent post-concussion symptoms who needed a different approach. This led her to pursue further education and mentorship in neurological and sensorimotor-based care.

Through this experience, Dr. Bria developed a deeper understanding of how the nervous system integrates visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive input, and how these systems can influence pain, movement, and well-being. Working alongside Dr. Rachel introduced her to an individualized approach that closely aligned with her values. She is passionate about supporting patients with complex or misunderstood conditions and helping them feel heard, understood, and involved in their care.

Tilly, Canine Relations Specialist

Tilly's experience spans greeting patients, boosting office morale, supervising snack breaks, and ensuring no visitor goes unnoticed.

Her daily responsibilities include welcoming patients, conducting hallway patrols, and bringing smiles to both staff and visitors alike. She enjoys greeting everyone with enthusiastic tail wags, accepting belly rubs, and reminding the team to take well-deserved breaks throughout the day.

Having joined the Anew team at a young age, Tilly has developed extensive experience in tail wagging, toy inspections, and making new friends. She firmly believes every appointment is improved with a little extra happiness.

At just three years old, Tilly has established herself as Anew's unofficial Chief Happiness Officer, full-time Certified Cutie Patootie, and undoubtedly the clinic's most enthusiastic team member.

A Friendly Note for Our Visitors: Tilly loves being the star of the show, but she can get a little overexcited around other dogs. To help maintain a calm and comfortable environment for all our patients, we kindly ask that no other dogs accompany patients into the clinic. Thank you for your understanding!

Before You Book

Have Questions Before You Commit to Care?

Talk It Through in a 30-Minute Case Review Consultation

Our approach is structured, assessment-led and our care requires active participation, and patients should understand the process before committing. If you are ready to proceed, you can book an Initial Intake Assessment directly. If you still have questions, a 30-minute Case Review Phone Consultation is available first. During the call we briefly review your health history, current symptoms and previous testing, explain how our integrated approach and care process work, outline the time and financial commitment involved, and discuss how our care could complement the services you are already receiving. The Case Review Consultation is optional. It helps you decide whether to book an Initial Intake Assessment; it is not a substitute for an in-person assessment or a medical diagnosis.
