Ongoing Care, Built Around Your Life

Personalized Care. Consistent Progress.

An individualized rehabilitation approach that combines in-clinic neuro-chiropractic appointments with a personalized at-home exercise program. Appointments typically begin at two per week and may increase to up to four when clinically appropriate, based on your assessment findings, goals, availability, and response to care.

Lasting change in the nervous system rarely comes from a single visit. It is built through consistent, well-targeted input over time.

That is the idea behind our Hybrid Program: regular neuro-chiropractic care guided by your clinical findings, paired with exercises and strategies you practice at home, so that progress continues between visits and your plan can be adjusted as you respond.

Typically two appointments per week, adjustable up to four when clinically appropriate, as recommended after your Initial Intake Assessment.

What Is the Hybrid Program?

The Hybrid Program is an ongoing, individualized approach to neurologically-informed rehabilitation. Rather than concentrating care into a short block of consecutive days, it distributes care over a longer period, with regular in-clinic appointments and a personalized at-home exercise program in between. Each appointment builds on the last: we review how you have responded, refine your treatment and your home exercises, and set the focus for the days ahead. Consistency matters in this format. The work you do at home is part of your care, not an add-on to it, and ongoing clinical guidance keeps that work targeted as your nervous system adapts. Every Hybrid plan is customized to your symptoms, clinical findings, goals, and response to care, and the frequency of visits is reviewed as you progress.

Who Is the Hybrid Program For?

The Hybrid Program may be appropriate for patients who would benefit from ongoing, lower-frequency care rather than several consecutive full days in the clinic. It suits people living in Calgary or the surrounding communities who can attend regular appointments, patients balancing work, school, or family commitments, and those who prefer to spread their rehabilitation over a longer period with steady support along the way. It is also a natural next step for patients continuing care after an Intensive Program. Like all of our care, it asks for active participation: the format works best for patients who are ready to take part in each appointment and to follow their at-home exercise program between visits. Hybrid and Intensive are both individualized approaches; they differ in how care is scheduled and delivered, and we will recommend the format that fits your findings and your circumstances.

Your Hybrid Care Journey

1

Get to Know Your Story

Initial Intake Assessment

During your 75-minute Initial Intake Assessment, we take time to understand your symptoms, health history, previous efforts, and personal goals. This appointment helps us build a complete picture of your experience and identify areas that may require further evaluation.

2

Understand Your Needs

Evaluation & Diagnostic Testing

Next, we perform a detailed neurological evaluation and diagnostic testing designed to identify areas of the nervous system that may not be functioning optimally. These findings help us understand the factors contributing to your symptoms and guide your care recommendations.

3

Build Your Personalized Plan

Care Recommendations

Once your evaluation is complete, we review your findings with you and discuss the most appropriate path forward. If the Hybrid Program is recommended, we outline how often we suggest visits, typically once or twice per week, what each appointment will focus on, and what your at-home exercise program will involve.

4

Begin Care and Monitor Progress

Ongoing Care & Reassessment

Your care begins with regular in-clinic appointments and your personalized at-home exercise program. We reassess at planned intervals to monitor your findings, refine strategies, update your home exercises, and adjust the frequency of visits as your nervous system responds.

What Does Hybrid Care Include?

Hybrid care combines four elements that work together over the course of your plan. The balance between them is set by your assessment findings and adjusted as you progress.

1

Once or Twice per Week

In-Clinic Neuro-Chiropractic Care

Regular appointments with your clinician, guided by your clinical findings. Each visit may include neurological rehabilitation, chiropractic care, and targeted exercises, with the focus adjusted based on how you have responded since your last appointment.

2

Between Visits

Personalized At-Home Exercise Program

Exercises and strategies selected for your pattern of findings, with clear instructions on how often to do them. Practicing at home gives your nervous system consistent input between appointments, and your program is updated as your findings change.

3

At Planned Intervals

Ongoing Follow-Up and Reassessment

We re-evaluate at planned points in your care to measure change, review your progress with you, and decide what to adjust: the content of your appointments, your home exercises, or how often you need to be seen.

4

Optional, When Appropriate

Access to Supportive Therapies

Where it supports your plan, your clinician may recommend optional supportive therapies available in the clinic, such as Red Light Therapy, Normatec Compression Therapy, and Vielight Therapy. These are discussed with you and billed separately when used.

What Does a Typical Hybrid Schedule Look Like?

In the Hybrid Program, care is spread across the week rather than concentrated into full days. A typical week includes one or two in-clinic appointments, with your at-home exercise program filling the days in between so that your nervous system keeps receiving consistent, targeted input. The example below shows what a twice-weekly schedule can look like. Your actual schedule is individualized: the number of visits, the days, and the content of your home program are set after your Initial Intake Assessment and adjusted as you respond to care.

Monday
In-clinic appointment

Neuro-chiropractic care, review of the week, and updates to your home program.

Tuesday
At-home exercises

Your personalized program, at the frequency set with your clinician.

Wednesday
At-home exercises

Repeat your program and note how you respond.

Thursday
In-clinic appointment

Treatment adjusted based on your response, with any optional supportive therapies.

Friday
At-home exercises

Your updated program from Thursday's visit.

Saturday
At-home exercises

A lighter session if recommended, plus everyday activity.

Sunday
Rest and recovery

Rest, sleep, and hydration support the week's work.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often will I come to the clinic?
+

Care typically begins at two appointments per week and may increase to up to four when clinically appropriate. The frequency we recommend depends on your assessment findings, your goals, your availability, and how you respond to care, and it is reviewed at each reassessment rather than fixed in advance.

How long does the Hybrid Program last?
+

Hybrid care is typically distributed over approximately six to eight months, although there is no fixed length. The duration depends on the nature of your symptoms, your goals, and your progress. After your assessment we will give you an initial outline, and we revisit it together at each planned reassessment.

What are the at-home exercises like?
+

Your At-Home Exercise Program is built from your clinical findings and may include eye movement, balance, coordination, breathing, or movement-based exercises. We teach each one in the clinic, give you clear instructions on how often to do it, and update the program as your findings change. Consistency between visits is a core part of Hybrid care.

How is my progress reassessed?
+

We schedule reassessments at planned intervals during your care. These repeat key parts of your examination so that changes can be measured objectively, and we review the findings with you before deciding what to adjust, whether that is the content of your visits, your home exercises, or how often you are seen.

Can appointments fit around work and family commitments?
+

Yes. Flexibility is one of the reasons patients choose the Hybrid format. Appointments are booked individually, so they can be arranged around your schedule, and if a visit needs to move, we simply reschedule it. Your home program keeps your care moving between visits.

What does Hybrid care cost?
+

Hybrid care is billed per appointment, and a typical in-clinic appointment is $190. Two appointments per week is therefore $380 per week. Your Initial Intake Assessment, diagnostic testing, and any optional supportive therapies are billed separately. Optional financing is available through Medicard by iFinance, subject to their approval and terms.

Is Hybrid care covered by insurance?
+

Many extended health plans include chiropractic coverage, and we provide detailed receipts you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Coverage amounts and conditions vary by plan, so we recommend checking your benefits before you begin. At this time we do not offer direct billing; please contact the clinic if you have questions about receipts.

How is the Hybrid Program different from the Intensive Program?
+

Both are individualized approaches built from the same assessment; they differ in scheduling and delivery. The Intensive Program concentrates care into several consecutive full days in the clinic, followed by a period of continued care. The Hybrid Program spreads care over approximately six to eight months, with regular weekly appointments and an At-Home Exercise Program in between. We will recommend the format that best fits your findings and your circumstances, and some patients move from one to the other over time.

How do I get started?
+

Book a 75-minute Initial Intake Assessment. We will take a detailed history, complete an initial examination, and, when indicated, schedule a Diagnostic Evaluation and Testing appointment. We then review your findings with you and recommend the care format and visit frequency that fits you. If you would like to talk it through first, a 30-minute Case Review Consultation is available as an optional first step. No referral is required.
