Saskatchewan born Dr. Rachel Frontain has loved and studied the arts since childhood. However, as a young ballet dancer and especially after an extreme snowboarding injury in her 20s, she has also been acquainted with chiropractic care for most of her life.
Through her recovery, Dr. Rachel witnessed the extraordinary results of multi-team coordinated, patient-centred, chiropractic care. Her lifeβs passion was sealed! She went on to achieve her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Sciences in Human Anatomy and Biology through the University of Western States in 2017.
Dr. Rachel is especially passionate about treating challenging chronic conditions like dizziness, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, post-concussion syndrome and dysautonomia by assessing and treating disruptions in the visual, vestibular and proprioceptive systems.
She is board certified with the American Chiropractic Neurology Board, and her post graduate studies in clinical neuroscience included over 400 hours at the Carrick Institute, where she developed the unique focus that makes Anew Chiropractic so exceptional today.
Dr. Rachel is thrilled to bring her education, experience and singular approach to Calgary, Alberta.

Dr. Briaβs path to neurological-focused chiropractic care began after a few years of practicing in a general musculoskeletal-based setting. While she found great fulfillment helping patients with common pain and movement concerns, she repeatedly encountered individuals with more complex neurological symptoms, including dizziness, vertigo, and persistent post-concussion symptoms, who were not finding meaningful relief through traditional approaches alone.
Wanting to better support these individuals, Dr. Bria began seeking additional education, mentorship, and collaboration with clinicians specializing in neurological and sensorimotor-based care. Through this journey, she developed a deeper appreciation for how the nervous system integrates visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive input, and how disruptions in these systems can influence pain, movement, and overall well-being.
This clinical journey ultimately led Dr. Bria to work alongside Dr. Rachel, where she discovered a highly individualized, neurologically focused approach to care that aligned deeply with her values and clinical goals. She is especially passionate about supporting patients with complex, often misunderstood conditions and helping them feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care.
Dr. Bria earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, graduating summa cum laude, after working towards her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. She has advanced training in Neurofunctional Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University and routinely integrates this approach into care to support nervous system regulation, reduce musculoskeletal pain, and enhance patient recovery.
